During promotional interviews in Delhi in 2018, Akshay Kumar spoke about the camaraderie shared among the cast. As reported by DNA India, he said, "We are friends. We enjoy ourselves. I play a lot of games with them, and there has not been even one day on the sets that we haven’t played." The actor highlighted how the team spent time bonding through games and informal interactions between shoots.


The “Snob” comment


In a humorous moment during the interaction, Akshay jokingly referred to Mouni Roy’s on-set habits. He said, "Mouni wouldn't play any games. She was a snob on the sets of the film!" (laughs)


Mouni Roy’s simple preference for indoor games


Mouni Roy responded to the comment by clarifying her preference for indoor games. She explained that she enjoyed playing games such as ludo and snakes and ladders. Akshay Kumar agreed and added that she also took part in activities like dumb charades and other indoor games with the team. Reflecting on his approach towards co-stars, he said, "So, I just enjoy with them. I don’t have any approach. It is not like- I have been in the industry for 28 years now and they are new, so I will act differently. My approach towards them is that they are really good friends, and I try to learn and gain from them as much as possible."
