Work Life Balance New Zealand : As soon as the name of corporate life comes, the picture of overtime, deadlines, boss pressure and stressful job emerges in people’s mind. But a video viral on social media has forced people to think that in some countries a job not only means work but also a better life.
An Indian woman living in New Zealand has shared such an experience about the work culture there, which people are both surprised and impressed by.
Woman working in New Zealand told about work culture
While sharing the video on Instagram, a woman named Jyoti Sehrawat said that if a person works in New Zealand, whether it is full-time or part-time, then he understands the real work-life balance.
According to him, in the office there, family is given more importance than work. If an employee has important work to his family, he is given priority. This is the reason why people are able to live a good life there along with their personal life.
There is no pressure to work late in New Zealand
In the viral video, Jyoti further said that there is no pressure on the employees to work long hours. If a work deadline is not being met, instead of getting angry, people ask if help is needed or if the time is extended.
He said that no one there says, “This is your work, do it yourself”, but a spirit of cooperation is shown. Many users on social media praised this experience and said that such work culture should be there in every country.
