If you are traveling during summer, the best thing is to carry chutney with you. Chutneys do not spoil for long. You can make thecha, in which green coriander, green chilli, lemon juice, cumin and garlic are fried in some oil. After this, grind it coarsely with salt. Actually it is easy to carry thecha. Apart from this, some dry chutneys like sesame chutney, titi chutney, curry leaves and moringa dry chutney are also best for travelling. You can eat it with roti with some desi ghee.
