Star Singer: Vaishakan and Surya Narayanan set the stage on fire with 'Deva Shree Ganesha'

Vaishakan and Surya Narayanan are back on fire. The contestants, who had a downfall in the previous round, set the stage on fire with their power-packed performance in the ‘One V/S One’ round.
In the recent episode, both Vaishakan and Surya Narayanan kickstarted the new round, ‘One V/S One’, with the much-popular Hindi song ‘ Deva Shree Ganesha ’ from Agneepath. Twinning in black, the duo entered the stage with full confidence. Undoubtedly, they set the stage on fire with their power-packed performance. From pristine rendition to flawless pitching, the performance was truly a blissful one.
"What a start to the round. It was a truly power-packed performance. I enjoyed it a lot. Great energy," judge and singer K. S. Chithra commented.
On the other hand, judge Sithara Krishnakumar said that she was expecting nothing less than an impactful performance.
"I just loved the performance. The counter humming portion was too good. Loved the way you guys competed as well as complemented each other," she said.
The duo grabbed the first golden star in the round and secured 100 marks each.
In the same epiosde, judge KS Chithra introduced the two new rounds in the competition. The contestants can be seen competing in the popular 'One v/s One' round and 'free trial' round this time. Star Singer continues to be one of the much-loved music reality shows on Malayalam TV. The show hosted by Mithun Ramesh and Varsha has singers KS Chithra, Vidhu Prathap and Sithara Krishnakumar as the judges. In the previous episode, contestants Swarna and Gayathri got evicted from the show. Currently, there are 8 contestants competing for the grand prize of 50 lakhs.
