Materials:
- Raw curry
- sugar
- Mint leaves
- Black pepper powder
- ghee
- salt

Action:
- To make curry spread first, soak curry in water for sometime. After that remove the peel from them and cut the curry into fine pieces.
- In a mixer bowl, add fine pieces of curry powder, sugar to taste and make a fine paste.
- Then add mint leaves, black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to it to make a fine paste. Do not add water at all while preparing the paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the prepared curry paste to it and mix well and keep mixing with a spoon.
- After mixing all the ingredients properly on low flame, the curry mixture will gradually thicken.
- Fill the prepared curry mixture in a glass jar. The spread keeps well in an airtight container.
