Easy method to make Viral Momo

  • First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely. Now place a pan on the gas and add some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and fry lightly. After this add capsicum, cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot and onion.
  • Fry the vegetables on high flame for 2-3 minutes so that they retain a slight crunch. Now add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, salt and black pepper and mix well. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit.
  • When the mixture cools down, add grated cheese and some green onion to it. Now make small round balls of this mixture.
  • Now keep dry flour in a plate and take water in a bowl. First wrap the balls in dry flour, then dip in water. After this add in flour again. Repeat this process 3-4 times. This will form a light layer on the dumplings.
  • Now boil water in a vessel and put the prepared dumplings in it. Cook them for 4-5 minutes. When the dumplings start floating on the water, they are cooked.
  • Serve hot dumplings with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
