This recipe does not require a lot of ingredients. Using easily available spices at home, you can prepare fish fry that tastes just like a hotel. The light sourness of the lemon, the aroma of the ginger-garlic paste and the perfect balance of the spicy spices make every bite more delicious. Material
- 4 to 5 raw fish pieces
- 2 teaspoons of red chillies
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons of semolina
- Oil for frying

- First of all, wash the rawas fish pieces. Drain the excess water and keep the fish in a bowl.
- Mix together red chillies, turmeric, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
- Apply the prepared masala evenly on the fish pieces. The masala should be rubbed well on each piece. Keep this fish covered for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix rice flour and semolina in a plate. Gently mix the marinated fish in this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated on medium flame, carefully drop the fish pieces.
- Fry the fish until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve the ready rawas fish fry with hot onion, lime wedges and green chutney.
