There are many people who do not drink water in the beginning of the morning, but this habit can cause harm. You are sleeping throughout the night and due to this the body gets dehydrated. You should adopt the habit of drinking water every morning on an empty stomach. This will not only hydrate your body but also detoxify it, but keep in mind that do not drink cold water.
