1. Eye cleaning

2. Nutrient rich diet
Consuming foods containing Vitamin A is beneficial in improving eyesight. Consume food items like milk, butter, carrot, tomato, papaya, egg, pure desi ghee and green vegetables. All these help in keeping the eyes healthy. Apart from this, it is also necessary to drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily, so that the impurities can be flushed out of the body.
3. Adequate sleep
It is very important to get 8 hours of sleep to improve eyesight. This gives relief to the eyes. Along with this, problems like dark circles and wrinkles can be avoided by massaging with almond oil under the eyes, which will make the eyes look beautiful and attractive.
