Jaipur. Mumbai Indians’ Suryakumar Yadav said he will be available for Sunday’s match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Raipur. According to a Cricbuzz report, Indian T20 team captain Suryakumar, who led Mumbai Indians in the last game on May 4, has told the team management that he will be available for the RCB match. He is expected to reach Raipur soon.

It is noteworthy that Suryakumar Yadav’s wife has recently given birth to a baby girl, so there was some uncertainty about his playing whether he would be able to reach Raipur on time after the arrival of new guests in the family. Whether T20 World Cup-winning captain Suryakumar Yadav will captain the team again on Sunday will depend on the recovery of regular captain Hardik Pandya, who missed the game against Lucknow Super Giants on May 4 due to back spasms.

Now everything depends on Ben Langley, head of sports medicine at MI, and physio Nitin Patel. It is learned that Pandya had undergone a fitness test on Friday and will be tested again on Saturday. Of course, he did not practice with the team in Raipur, but it is expected that he will practice in the evening.
