Mohammed Siraj let out an emphatic celebration after he got the breakthrough wicket of young Vaibhav Sooryavanshi during IPL 2026 league game between RR and GT at Jaipur. The passionate celebration from the GT fast bowler went viral on the internet after Siraj ended the mayhem by Royals' explosive opener Sooryavanshi.
Chasing 230, Rajasthan Royals had a great start at the Sawai Mansingh stadium, as the youngster Vaibhav Sooryavanshi proved his prowess with his power-hitting once again in the powerplay.
On the first ball that Siraj bowled to the right-hander, Sooryavanshi hit the pace bowler for a towering six. The subsequent ball however brought drama, as Vaibhav hurt his right ankle while trying to hit the RCB pacer's yorker during the 1st over. However, the young man continued and hit back with intent in an extraordinary manner.
Vaibhav Charges Siraj After Injury Fright
Post the incident, the young man decided to launch an attack against both Siraj and Kagiso Rabada. The left-hander managed to score 36 from 16 balls, hitting 3 sixes and 3 boundaries. Also during his knock, he managed to create a major IPL record.

After being hit hard Siraj decided to get aggressive and hit the short delivery in at 146.6kph. The speed rushed Vaibhav and the mis timed drive was sent into the air to be caught by Arshad Khan finishing the innings at 38/1 from 2.5 overs.
The moment was instantly met with celebration as Siraj screamed, with emotion in his face as he got the wicket against the young batter, making him a talking point of the match instantly. Rajasthan are chasing 230 with their captain at the crease but Gujarat are still way ahead in this match.
