As Yuvika Chaudhary prepares to celebrate Mother’s Day with her over one and a half year old daughter Ikleen, the actor says motherhood has completely transformed the way she looks at life, relationships and happiness. For Yuvika, the past few months have been less about glamour and more about cherishing everyday moments with family.

Speaking to us during a recent outing with husband Prince Narula and their daughter, Yuvika reflected on how becoming a mother has brought a new emotional depth to her life. The couple had stepped out to explore Candy Safari, at Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai, where the actor was seen carrying little Ikleen through colourful candy-themed zones.

“Every time I am in a candy zone like this, I automatically become a child again. I feel blessed because I’m enjoying life both as a mother and as a kid with my baby. There’s a different kind of energy when you are with your children.”

The actor shared that despite hectic schedules, she consciously carves out time for simple routines and playtime with her daughter. “I make sure we play games and spend quality time together. In today’s fast-paced life, these moments are so important. When I’m with her, I forget everything else,” she said.

Yuvika admits motherhood has also made her far more emotional and deeply appreciative of her own parents. “Once in life, everyone should experience motherhood because then you understand the real meaning of love. You start valuing your parents even more. You realise life is temporary, so all you want to do is give love, care and happiness.”

According to the actor, motherhood has shifted her priorities entirely. “Now, when I’m with my family, I don’t care how my hair looks or anything else. Being together matters more. I just pray that our daughter always stays close to family and grows up enjoying the love of her nana-nani and dada-dadi. We’ve started taking her everywhere with us now and creating memories together.”

The actor also revealed that she has begun introducing Ikleen to small daily rituals rooted in gratitude and faith. “Every morning and night, she folds her hands and says, ‘Thank You, God.’ These are the small values I want her to grow up with,” she said.
