Mojito is a great refreshing drink in summer. You must have tried many types of mojitos till now, but have you ever drank raw mango mojito? This taste is amazing. It instantly makes you feel refreshed and energetic. Amidst the scorching heat and hot winds of summer, this tangy-spicy flavored mojito is not only a tasty treat, but will also hydrate you and will also be helpful in keeping you healthy. The fizzy taste of Mojito improves the mood in humid weather and gives a feeling of coolness.

Note the ingredients of Masala Mojito
You will need 2 medium sized raw mangoes (cari), half cup water, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup fresh mint leaves, half teaspoon red chilli powder, three-fourth teaspoon chaat masala, half teaspoon black salt, cold soda (to sprinkle on top).
Now note down the recipe of Mojito
Wash and peel the raw mangoes and cut them into thin slices so that they cook quickly.
Now heat half a cup of water in a pan and cook the chopped mangoes in it until they become soft.
The mango has to be cooked in such a way that it becomes completely soft and the water almost dries up.
When the mangoes are melted, let it cool completely and then it will be time to grind it.

Put ripe mangoes in a grinder jar. Add sugar and mint leaves in it also.
These three things have to be ground well. It should become a perfect paste.
Now put two tablespoons of mango paste in a glass and then add roasted crushed cumin seeds in it.
Add some red chilli, chaat masala, black salt to it. (Keep in mind the quantity of spices mentioned above)
Take chilled soda water and add it a little and then stir it so that the entire puree gets mixed well.
Now you have to top up chilled soda. This will create a great fizz.
Must try in summer season
In this way your Mango Masala Mojito will be ready. If you want to serve guests, garnish with slices of raw mango. Chef Kunal Kapoor recommends that you also try this drink in this summer season.
