Delhi Terror Attack Alert: High alert has been declared regarding possible terrorist attack in Delhi. After receiving intelligence input, Delhi Police and other security agencies are on alert mode. Surveillance has been increased at many sensitive places in the capital Delhi. Security arrangements have been tightened in view of the possible terrorist threat on Saturday.

According to reports, security has been increased at Delhi BJP headquarters, office on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg and nearby government offices. Additional armed police forces have been deployed at these places and barricading has been increased and vehicles are being checked intensively.

Let us tell you that the agencies have received input that the terrorists are planning to target the major offices and crowded areas of Central Delhi. These possible attacks include suicide attacks, vehicle-based IEDs, firing and such attacks.

According to reports, agencies are on alert in important government buildings, political offices, markets, transport hubs and other crowded areas and investigation has been started.
Let us tell you that bomb disposal squad, sniffer dog unit and quick reaction teams have been kept on high alert. Along with this, Delhi Fire Service has also been instructed to remain alert so that any emergency situation can be dealt with immediately.

Security has been increased at places considered sensitive from law and order point of view. Random checking drives and verification drives are also being conducted by Delhi Police.
Meanwhile, all district units have been instructed to coordinate with intelligence agencies and central paramilitary forces and remain alert. Top officials are constantly monitoring the situation and the security arrangements in the capital are being reviewed.

Special cell had busted the module

Let us tell you that recently, the Special Cell of Delhi Police, on the instructions of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, had busted the module of Pakistani terrorist Shehzad Bhatti, who was plotting terrorist activities in India, and arrested 9 accused.

Interrogation of these terrorists revealed that this module was preparing to carry out major incidents of target killing in Delhi. The arrested accused had also done recce of many important places in the capital Delhi and a famous temple and sent its videos to their handlers.
