Materials:
- tamarind
- jaggery
- Chaat masala
- water
- salt
- Black salt
- Cumin powder
- Wooden spoon
- Oil

Action:
- To make tamarind candy, first, remove the seeds from the tamarind. Keep the pan to heat.
- After heating the pan, add water to a boil, add peeled tamarind and keep mixing with a spoon.
- Tamarind will start to soften after steaming. Then turn off the heat after the tamarind dissolves completely in the water and solidifies.
- Strain tamarind with the help of strainer. Its seeds and other fine particles will melt completely.
- Add the prepared tamarind juice to the pan and keep mixing with a spoon. Then add jaggery, salt to taste, black salt, chaat masala and cumin powder and cook on low flame.
- Oil a steel plate and pour the prepared tamarind mixture on it and spread it with a wooden spoon.
- Sweet and sour tamarind candy made in an easy way is ready.
