A troubling incident has emerged from a locality in Modi Nagar, raising serious concerns about societal decay. The case involves an uncle attempting to sexually assault his niece, engaging in inappropriate behavior with her private parts. When the victim resisted, the perpetrator threatened her life.
Victim Files Complaint at Police Station
The victim has formally lodged a complaint at the police station, seeking action against the accused. Reports indicate that she is a college student who believes her uncle harbors ill intentions towards her. Recently, she visited her grandmother's house with her mother, where her uncle and aunt were also present. Upon arriving, she went to her room, and during this commotion, her uncle entered and began to harass her, attempting to commit sexual assault.
Inappropriate Messages Sent via Instagram
When the victim raised her voice, her uncle threatened her and fled the room. Fearing for her safety, she initially kept the incident to herself. Subsequently, he began sending her inappropriate messages on Instagram, including lewd comments. A few days later, he visited her home again and attempted to assault her once more. This time, the victim could no longer tolerate the situation. When she reported the incident to her father and uncle, they responded by physically assaulting her.
Family Disregards Victim's Claims

Since then, the victim has been under immense stress, fearing for her safety. On Sunday, she filed a complaint at the Modi Nagar police station. The Assistant Commissioner of Police stated that an investigation will be initiated based on her complaint.
