If any MP or MLA comes to any office of Uttar Pradesh government, now he will be able to get more protocols. Officials have now been instructed to behave in a more relaxed manner. There is also a provision for taking action if this is not done.

Hands will have to be folded in front of MPs and MLAs

According to the recently issued government order, any MP or MLA coming to any office of the UP government will have to be welcomed with folded hands. Water will have to be arranged for them. Along with this, you will also have to show respect by getting up from your seat. Along with this, if the officer receives a call from an MP or MLA, he will have to answer it immediately and in case he is unable to pick up the phone, he will have to call back and answer.

Government order issued after continuous complaints

It is being told that protocol was not being strictly followed with MPs and MLAs. It was told that the rules are not being followed by the officials. For this reason, on Thursday, Chief Secretary SP Goyal issued a government order in this regard. It was said in this government order that whenever a call comes from any public representative, the call will be immediately picked up and answered. Calls will be answered immediately when you are in a meeting.

After this, the information or problem received by them will be resolved as much as possible and information about it should also be given. It has been said that while talking to the public representatives, they should be listened to carefully and their problems should also be resolved. It is being told that action will be taken against the officers who do not do so under the conduct rules. It is expected that with this the public’s problem will soon reach the authorities through the public representatives and it will also be resolved as soon as possible.
