LSG vs RCB, IPL 2026: Lucknow won the match and Prince Yadav played a huge role in it. But he faced the wrath on social media for dismissing Virat Kohli for a duck. It is no secret that cricket is a religion in India and cricketers are treated as demi-gods with Kohli being one of their biggest gods. Once Prince clean bowled Kohli for a duck with a peach, the latter's fans started flooding the LSG pacer's Instagram account with abusive remarks. While it is absolutely uncalled for, it certainly shows the dark side of fandom. Here is a screenshot of Prince's Insta comment section.

There is no doubt that cricket does not need such toxic fans.
In fact, after the game, Prince revealed how Kohli's advise helped him dismiss the latter.
“I misfielded the first ball, but I knew I had to put it behind me and ensure I don't lose focus,” Prince said after the match.
“After the last match I was talking to Virat bhaiya and he only told me — as long as it's moving around off a length, stick to that length,” he added while speaking about the dismissal.
Kohli and Prince were also spotted bonding after the match which shows that everything is fine between the two cricketers.
LSG Win to Keep Playoff Hopes Alive
