Manchester City players, both past and present, were spotted celebrating into the early hours of Wednesday morning at a farewell gathering in honour of Bernardo Silva and John Stones. A number of City stars - accompanied by their wives and girlfriends - were seen at Louis Night Club in the city centre. The celebrations got under way just 24 hours after City were held to a 3-3 draw away at Everton on Monday, a result that could have been far worse had it not been for a late fightback.

The stalemate leaves them five points adrift of Arsenal in the Premier League title race, though Pep Guardiola's men do hold a game in hand over the Gunners. Tuesday evening, however, was dedicated to honouring the contributions of Silva and Stones, both of whom will depart the Etihad Stadium when the current campaign concludes. The duo are out of contract in June and neither will be putting pen to paper on fresh terms.

Stones, currently their longest-serving player, will bid farewell to City after a decade of loyal service. Silva, meanwhile, is heading for the exit door after nine trophy-laden years in Manchester.

According to the Mail, the players began arriving from 8pm for a party that stretched across five-and-a-half hours, with the last guests reportedly departing at 1.30am.

It remains unclear whether the group tuned in to watch title rivals Arsenal, who were simultaneously securing their place in the Champions League final with victory over Atletico Madrid. Among those turning out to honour Silva and Stones were Phil Foden and his wife Rebecca Cooke, alongside former City team-mate Kyle Walker, who has since joined Burnley.

Foden, sporting a blue baseball jacket and blue jeans, and Cooke were reported to have departed the venue shortly before 10pm. England international Marc Guehi, dressed in a brown jacket and black trousers, made his exit not long afterwards.

Star striker Erling Haaland attended with his girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen, though the pair managed to evade the cameras. The couple are said to have concealed themselves in the back of a £400,000 Maybach Mercedes S Class to avoid being photographed.

Silva was chauffeured home by club and international colleague Ruben Dias in his Lamborghini Urus 4x4, despite his apartment being a mere 150 yards away.

Several other players slipped out of the nightclub in blacked-out vans, making their exit via the bin room. Mateo Kovacic was also present, accompanied by his wife Izabel.

Rodri, James Trafford, Nathan Ake, Matheus Nunes, Abdukodir Khusanov, Nico Gonzalez, Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait Nouri and Marcus Bettinelli were also in attendance. Stones, however, wasn't pictured.

Kaylee Ake offered a glimpse into the celebrations on Instagram, sharing photographs of champagne bottles alongside a cocktail menu featuring drinks named in honour of both Silva and Stones. It wasn't just players in attendance. Kolo Toure, a member of Guardiola's coaching staff, was also spotted at the venue.
