Airline company Indigo has started ticket booking for Noida International Airport from Thursday evening. Commercial flight operations from the airport will start from June 15. Now the airport's IATA code DXN is also visible in Indigo's system. This clearly indicates that the airport is getting ready for flights soon. According to reports, the first commercial flight connected to Noida International Airport may come from Lucknow Airport. It is believed that the first flight of Indigo will take off from Lucknow on June 15 and land at Noida airport.

Ticket booking will start from today

Indigo will start selling tickets for Noida International Airport. It is also called Jewar Airport. This is being considered a big step a few weeks before the start of commercial operations at the airport. Earlier also it was said in the reports that flight services can start from here from June 15. DXN code is now visible on IndiGo's booking website and system. This code has been given to Noida International Airport.

First flight may take place from Lucknow

According to the information, the first flight connected to Noida Airport can be operated between Lucknow and Noida. The first flight is likely to reach Noida airport on June 15. The complete flight schedule can be released by Indigo after the ticket booking for the airport starts completely.

Many flights will start from June 15

On June 15, 2026, Indigo's special flights will be operated on Lucknow-Noida-Bengaluru-Noida-Lucknow route. For this, flight numbers 6E 2278 and 6E 2279 have been fixed. After this regular flight services will start. Daily flights will start on Hyderabad-Noida and Noida-Amritsar routes from June 15. Flights to Bengaluru and Jammu will also start from June 16. From July 1, 2026, Indigo will connect many new cities with Noida Airport. These include Navi Mumbai, Srinagar, Jodhpur, Dharamshala, Bhopal, Dehradun, Lucknow, Jaipur, Pantnagar and Chandigarh. Whereas flights to Bareilly and Kishangarh will operate within a few days.

How much will the fare be?

The fare for flight number 6E 2279 from Noida to Lucknow on June 15 is Rs 10,861. Apart from this, the fare of flight 6E 2278 from Lucknow to Noida on June 15 is Rs 11,267. Fares for other flights may vary depending on the city and region.

Noida International Airport is being prepared as a major aviation hub for Delhi-NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh. This will reduce the traffic pressure at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport and improve regional connectivity.
