In the appointment letter distribution program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the selected candidates appreciated the fair and transparent recruitment process. The youth said that now they are getting government jobs on the basis of hard work and merit without recommendation and without money.

Lucknow. The appointment letter distribution program organized by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was not only a platform for giving government jobs, but it also became an emotional occasion for the dreams, struggle and hard work of those youth coming true. In this program organized on Thursday, newly selected candidates of Vocational Education and Skill Development Department, AYUSH Department and Disabled Empowerment Department shared their experiences.

The candidates said that for the first time they have believed that a government job can be obtained only on the basis of hard work and merit, without any recommendation and without unfair means. Many selected candidates appeared emotional during the program and expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for the fair recruitment process.

Amit Thapa, selected in ITI instructor recruitment, shared the journey of struggle.

Ghazipur resident Amit Thapa, who got the appointment letter for the post of ITI instructor, said that he worked hard for a long time to reach this position. He said that the entire selection process was transparent and fair and there was no need for any kind of recommendation or unfair means anywhere.

Thanking Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he said that the system of the present government has strengthened the confidence of the youth in the government recruitment process. Now hardworking youth have started believing that they can get opportunities on the basis of their qualifications.

Youth get new hope from fair government recruitment

Archana Maurya of Chandauli, after receiving the appointment letter, said that this is not just a job but also a responsibility to contribute to the development of the state. Expressing his gratitude to the Chief Minister, he said that the transparent recruitment process has given new hope to thousands of youth. He said that earlier there was a perception in the minds of the youth that it is difficult to get a government job without influence and money, but now this thinking is changing in the Yogi government. Now the youth have increased confidence in hard work and ability.

Dr. Neha Swaroop selected in AYUSH department expressed pride

Dr. Neha Swarup of Rae Bareli has been selected for the post of Residential Homeopathic Medical Officer. He said that the entire selection process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner. He said that it is a matter of pride for him to get the opportunity to serve in the AYUSH department. She will try to provide better health services to rural areas and will fulfill her responsibility with full dedication.

The candidate selected for the post of Unani Professor praised the government's initiative.

Prof. selected for the post of Professor (Unani) through Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. Kamrul Hasan Lari said that the transparent selection process has boosted the morale of the eligible candidates. Thanking Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the AYUSH department, he said that the government is working to give a new identity to traditional medical systems. Due to this, new employment and career opportunities are also being created for the youth in this area.

Aarti, selected in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, expressed confidence.

Aarti from Ballia district has been selected for the post of nurse in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. He said that the clean and transparent recruitment process has given him confidence. She said that now she has got the opportunity to serve the needy and disabled people of the society, which she will do with complete honesty and devotion.

Distrust in government recruitment is ending among the youth.

A similar sentiment was clearly visible in the statements of many candidates present at the program that the current recruitment process has increased confidence among the youth. Now ability and hard work are being considered as the main basis of selection. Candidates said that earlier there was an atmosphere of disappointment and distrust among the youth regarding government jobs, but now due to the transparent recruitment system, this thinking is gradually changing.
