Meanwhile, the actor had also started shooting for Anees Bazmee’s next film. But now it seems that there is going to be a break for some time because Akshay Kumar has undergone surgery.

Actually, the actor was having trouble seeing, due to which he got vision correction surgery done. This surgery was done on the morning of 6th May and as per the advice of doctors, Akshay will take a break from work for some time. The actor is seen doing 4 to 5 films in a year. After finishing one film, it is not even released and he starts shooting for another. However, now he will take some rest.

Akshay’s eye surgery

According to reports, Akshay has completed the Kerala schedule of his upcoming film with Vidya Balan before undergoing his eye surgery. Akshay himself had given information about the end of the Kerala schedule of this film being made under the direction of Anees Bazmee through his X handle. He wrote that Keralam schedule is complete. It is a different pleasure to work with good people in a beautiful place. Big thanks to the director for all the fun behind the camera and big thanks to my amazing co-stars Vidya Balan, Raashi Khanna, Rajpal Yadav and the entire team. The shooting experience was very special.

Now Akshay will focus on health

At present, no information has been revealed about how long Akshay was having this problem in his eyes and for how many days he will not shoot after the surgery.
