Due to today’s changing lifestyle, habit of drinking less water and wrong eating habits, kidney problems, especially the problem of stones, are increasing rapidly. 1. Adequate Water:

Drinking at least 7-8 glasses of water a day is considered very important for natural cleansing of the kidneys.

The citric acid present in lemon helps prevent calcium deposits from forming in the kidneys. Drinking lemon water regularly removes toxins from the body and improves kidney function. Taking light lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning is considered beneficial for the kidneys.
3. Tulsi and Herbal Drink:
Tulsi is a natural medicinal plant that helps in detoxifying the body. Consuming basil leaves or drinking herbal tea helps in cleansing the kidneys. It also helps reduce infection and inflammation in the body, thereby reducing pressure on the kidneys.
