'LIK' OTT review: Pradeep Ranganathan starrer gets mixed reactions; netizens call Vignesh Shivan's film predictable

After a disappointing run in theaters, ' Love Insurance Kompany ' (' LIK ') starring Pradeep Ranganathan has now arrived on OTT. The film is currently streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. Directed by Vignesh Shivan , the futuristic romantic comedy received mixed to negative reviews during its theatrical release. Despite high expectations, the movie became the first major setback in Pradeep Ranganathan’s career. Krithi Shetty played the female lead, while SJ Suryah , Yogi Babu, Gouri G Kishan, and Mysskin appeared in important roles.

Some viewers call the film predictable and cringeworthy.At the same time, not everyone was impressed with the movie. One disappointed viewer posted, “What crap. How can you even make a film like this? So cheesy and fake.” Another user criticized director Vignesh Shivan and wrote, “Please stick to music. Terrible film.”

Some fans also felt that the film followed the same style seen in Pradeep Ranganathan’s earlier movies. One review read, "LIK" is just a typical Pradeep Ranganathan film set in 2040.
