Here, two real brothers running a fitness center not only made a female doctor a victim of their lust, but also blackmailed her by making a video of her. In this case, the city police station has arrested gym operator Akram Baig and his brother Alam Baig.

Conspiracy hatched by strangulating trust

The victim female doctor was taking training in a gym named 'Ultimate Fitness' located in Civil Lines area for the last two years. Gym owner Akram Baig first won the doctor's trust. He would give them a drink called "Pre-Workout Energy Drink". The victim has said in her complaint that intoxicants were often mixed in this drink. When the doctor would fall unconscious after drinking it, Akram would take her to a private room in the corner of the gym and rape her. During this time, his brother Alam Baig, who is also a trainer in the gym, used to secretly make a video of this entire incident.

Blackmailing and threats of Rs 50 lakh

After this, both the brothers started blackmailing the woman on the basis of these videos. They demanded money by threatening to harm the doctor's family and children. Fearing to save her honour, the victim initially gave them Rs 80 thousand. But the greed of the accused increased and they started demanding a huge amount of Rs 50 lakh by threatening to make the obscene video viral on social media. Fed up with the constant threats he was receiving, the doctor gathered courage and directly met the SSP and narrated his ordeal.

Police raid and truth came out

As soon as the complaint was received, the police raided the gym and arrested both the accused. Two pen drives, two mobile phones, nine vials of energy enhancing medicines, three tablets, six injections and Rs 10,000 in cash were recovered from them. When Akram's mobile was checked, workout videos of many other women were also found in it. During interrogation, both the brothers confessed to their crime and told that they used to extort money by trapping women in this way.

Police also said that cases of molestation of girls and other crimes are already registered against the accused Alam. This incident has sparked a big debate regarding the safety of women going to the gym. At present, the police are investigating the case and trying to find out whether more women have become their victims.
