IFFCO Vacancy 2026: Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), Paradeep Unit, has invited applications for the posts of Assistant Trainee (Operator). Candidates holding a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a B.Sc. degree (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) are eligible to apply for this position. **Required Qualifications for Application?**
**Diploma Stream:** For this position, candidates must possess a full-time Polytechnic Diploma in Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized institution. A minimum aggregate score of 60% is required for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories, while candidates from the SC/ST categories must secure a minimum of 55%.

**B.Sc. Stream:** Candidates must hold a full-time B.Sc. degree (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from a UGC-recognized college. A minimum aggregate score of 55% is required for the General and OBC categories, and 50% for the SC/ST categories.

**Age Limit Criteria?**
For this recruitment, the minimum age limit for candidates is set at 18 years. The maximum age limit for the General (UR) category is fixed at 27 years. Candidates belonging to the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category are granted an age relaxation of 3 years, allowing them to apply up to a maximum age of 30 years. For the SC/ST categories, an age relaxation of 5 years is provided, setting the maximum age limit at 32 years.

**What is the Salary?**
During the training period (1 year), candidates will receive a stipend of ₹31,000 per month, along with other allowances as per applicable rules. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be inducted into Grade L0, with a pay scale ranging from ₹34,000 to ₹64,000; this includes an initial Basic Pay of ₹34,000, along with other applicable allowances. 

Selection Process
The selection process for the post of Assistant Trainee (Operator) at IFFCO Paradeep will be conducted in two stages. First, an online examination will be held for the candidates. Candidates who qualify in this examination will be called for the second stage—an interview—which will be conducted at the same venue.
