The wait is nearly over for over 1.85 million students who took the CBSE Class 12 exams. Recently, Sanyam Bhardwaj, the Controller of Examinations, indicated that the results are likely to be announced in the third week of May. Students will be able to view their results not only on the official CBSE website but also through DigiLocker and SMS.

How to Check Results via SMS

To receive results via SMS, students should send a message formatted as follows: "cbse12 [Roll Number] [School Number] [Center Number]" to 7738299899. The results will be sent back to them shortly.

Accessing Results via Phone Call

Students can also check their results by calling. Those in Delhi should dial 24300699, while students outside Delhi can reach out to 011-24300699.

In addition to the official sites cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in, students can also check their results through DigiLocker and the UMANG App.

To download the results, follow these steps:

Visit the official website: cbse.gov.in.

Click on the link for "CBSE 12th Result 2026" on the homepage.

Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth.

Your result will be displayed on the screen.

Print the result for your records.

No Press Conference Before Results Release

The Board has confirmed that there will be no press conference prior to the announcement of the Class 12 results. All relevant information, including overall pass percentages and gender-specific statistics, will be made available directly on the official website.
