Two Indians won the Pulitzer Prize, known as the Oscars of journalism. Two Indian journalists Anand RK and Suparna Sharma won this award for breaking the veil of digital surveillance and cybercrime. He exposed cyber crime and human trafficking rackets spread across Southeast Asia. Danish Siddiqui received the award in 2018 for the last photojournalism. He was awarded the Pulitzer posthumously.
