Singer and actor Jennifer Lopez has put her Beverly Hills estate on the market for nearly USD 50 million after taking full ownership of the property from ex-husband Ben Affleck .

The sprawling mansion, which was initially purchased to be the couple's love nest, was listed on Tuesday for USD 49.995 million, TMZ reports. This is a huge step down in the asking price for the home that had been listed twice before for over USD 60 million.

However, as per the report, this marks the first time that the mansion is up for grabs under the sole ownership of Jennifer Lopez. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Affleck transferred his entire stake in the property to Lopez as part of a revised settlement agreement finalised following their divorce in February 2025. While the documents reference a “transfer of property among spouses,” sources indicate the stake was handed over without financial compensation.
Ben and Jennifer spend USD 68 million on mansion
The former couple purchased the 38,000-square-foot residence in May 2023 for USD 60.85 million and invested millions in upgrades to the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate. The home was initially listed for approximately USD 68 million in July 2024, months after the couple called it quits on their 2-year marriage.
If she manages to get a buyer for the mansion, Lopez stands to benefit from the proceeds. Ben's generous handover of the property came after he reportedly scored a huge deal in the sale of his A.I. company, InterPositive, to Netflix for a reported USD 600 million back in March.

Sadly, the couple parted ways within a year of marriage and finalized their divorce in January 2025. Lopez officially filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.
