In a major political win, South superstar and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam chief  emerged as the winner from both Perambur and Trichy East constituencies. TVK emerged as the single-largest party in the 2026 Assembly elections with over 100 seats, beating the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). Now, the Jana Nayagan star is set to become the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Celebrations are taking place on the streets of TN, at the actor-politician's home, and in industry circles, with congratulatory messages pouring in from all quarters. Political leaders, actors, colleagues, and more have extended wishes to the new CM. But it is Pooja Hegde who’s taking home the best post award!

Straight from the sets of Jana Nayagan, a throwback video has surfaced online. It shows the lead stars sharing a funny moment. Pooja points to a board that features the question: "Who wins the elections?" She then points to   leaving him blushing. Covering his face, he walks away from the camera with a wide smile, while the actress bursts into laughter.

Sharing it, she wrote in the caption: "Guess I called it before it happened? Here’s to dreams turning into reality, Vijay sir."

 

The clip is being called the "best video on the internet today" by Vijay's fans. A user commented, "Fine she won the internet." Another went, "What a prediction!"

Meanwhile, others couldn't stop gushing over Thalapathy's cute reaction. A fan commented, "Our cutest CM is hereeeee." One called him, "Pookie Thalapathi." "Cuteness overloaded CM," summed up another.

Earlier, sharing a photo with her co-star, Pooja had written, "OMGGG. Congratulationsss @actorvijay sir. Thalapathy Kacheri is just getting bigger and bigger. Onwards and upwards only. Party time. Let's gooo."

They called it a well-deserved victory and celebrated the people’s mandate. They wished him to rise and flourish as an exemplary leader who would take Tamil Nadu to the forefront by championing corruption-free politics, social justice, and equality.
