A Durga temple in Asansol, managed by the Shri Shri Durgamata Charitable Trust, has reopened after years, welcoming devotees again. Meanwhile, BJP leader Agnimitra Paul secured a decisive victory from Asansol Dakshin, winning by a margin of 40,839 votes in the assembly elections.
