However, the third day saw the film's highest earnings, bringing in ₹1.70 crore. The filmmakers had hoped that the movie would perform well over the weekend; however, that did not turn out to be the case.

Apart from *Ek Din*, two other films—*Raja Shivaji* and *Bhoot Bangla*—are currently running in theaters. Both of these films pose a significant challenge to *Ek Din*. As of the time of writing, *Raja Shivaji* has collected ₹4.21 crore, while *Bhoot Bangla* has collected ₹1.29 crore. Consequently, the box office performance of these two films has had an adverse impact on *Ek Din*. Additionally, the films *Kara* and *Michael* continue to present a challenge for this movie.
