A Lahore-based fashion label, Warp, has gained international attention after its handbag appeared in the film The Devil Wears Prada 2, worn by Meryl Streep’s iconic character Miranda Priestly.

Observers spotted Priestly carrying Warp’s “Accordion” handbag in an oxblood shade during a scene set in her office. The bag complemented her signature stylish wardrobe, including burgundy trousers and a patterned vest.

The brand later shared a clip from the film showing the accessory, celebrating its appearance in the high-profile Hollywood sequel.

This is not the first time Warp’s designs have appeared on screen or red carpets. Earlier, co-star Anne Hathaway was seen carrying another Warp bag during the film’s promotional tour in Mexico City, paired with a designer outfit.

The sequel, released on May 1, reunites Streep and Hathaway nearly two decades after the original The Devil Wears Prada and explores the evolving world of fashion media in the digital age.

Warp has also previously been worn by international celebrities including Doja Cat, Lupita Nyong’o, and Nava Mau, further strengthening its presence in global fashion circles. The brand also has a growing fanbase in Pakistan, with several local celebrities spotted carrying its designs.

Meanwhile, other Pakistani labels such as Rastah are also making international waves, with global stars including Justin Bieber, Timothée Chalamet, Zayn Malik, and others seen wearing its outfits.
