When the woman pressurized him for marriage, he insulted her by abusing her and refused to marry her. The court registered a case in the matter and ordered investigation by Duboulia police. The woman, resident of Duboulia police station area, has stated in the complaint letter that her husband has passed away. The brother-in-law increased his closeness in the name of providing support. It is alleged that the brother-in-law started having physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage.
The woman alleges that all this continued for a few years. When asked to marry, he would avoid it. When they put pressure on the brother-in-law to marry him, he refused. Along with using abusive words, he also refused to marry.
Police started investigation
In this case, on the orders of the court, Duboulia police registered a case against the accused brother-in-law and handed over the investigation to SI Ramrekha Yadav. Police say that the entire matter is being investigated thoroughly. Further action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts emerge in the investigation.
