Mango holds a special place in everyone’s heart during summer. Everyone likes fresh, juicy, creamy and extremely tasty mangoes during the summer season. People eat it directly, make juice, make sweets and also prepare many types of cooking items. This time, Chef Guntas Sethi has shared a very interesting and different recipe of Double Mango Salad, which is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat.

It is completely different from common salad

This salad has a special crispness which makes it even more delicious. Both raw and ripe mangoes have been used in this. The wonderful combination of creamy sweetness of ripe mango and the tart-sour freshness of raw mango makes this salad very unique.

Ingredients

For dressing: 2-3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

2 thick red chillies (chopped)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon jaggery powder

For salad:

1 raw mango (peeled and finely chopped)

1 ripe mango (peeled and finely chopped)

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 red capsicum (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts

Romaine lettuce (or any fresh lettuce)

First prepare the dressing:

finely chop garlic cloves

chop red chilli also

Grind both together so that their taste comes out well.

Now add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp jaggery powder.

Mix well, your delicious dressing is ready

Now prepare the salad:

Peel both raw mango and ripe mango and cut it into fine pieces.

Chop onion and red capsicum finely

Put all the chopped ingredients in a big bowl – raw mango, ripe mango, onion, capsicum.

Top with fresh mint leaves and roasted crushed peanuts.

Now pour the prepared dressing over the entire mixture and mix well with a spoon so that everything gets coated well with the dressing.

Special way of serving:

Cut the rice paper thin down the middle

Heat them in the microwave for a few seconds. As soon as they are heated, they will swell and become crunchy and crispy like chips.

Make little cups with these crispy rice papers

Place a leaf of romaine lettuce inside each cup first.

Fill it with prepared double mango salad.
