Sonbhadra / Uttar Pradesh –
On Sunday, 03.05.2026, additional superintendent of police (headquarters) Sonbhadra Anil Kumar conducted emergency security forces at Chopan police station. During the inspection, the police station office, quality of records, warehouse, lock-up, CCTV system, cleanliness of the police station premises and other administrative and security arrangements were thoroughly observed and necessary guidelines were given.
During the inspection, the work of recruited constables/female constables appointed at Chopan police station was reviewed. During this, they were given detailed information regarding the necessary precautions, duties and responsibilities to be taken while on duty and were directed to work with discipline, vigilance and devotion.
Thereafter, the Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) took stock of the security arrangements by patrolling on foot with adequate police force in the Chopan police station area and instructions were given to strengthen the confidence of the general public. District Sonbhadra Police is continuously taking effective action to maintain law and order.
