The hearing of the case is also going on in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. a source said”The concerned investigating officer and assistant director have been suspended.” Singh was reportedly caught by the NCB on March 3 for questioning. Singh’s mother Gurmeet Kaur, who lives in Jammu, had told journalists that her son had come home for a holiday., After which the Jammu unit of NCB took him with them on March 3.
