Mumbai: Bollywood’s ‘Munni’ i.e. Malaika Arora remains in the news more for her personal life and outspoken decisions than her professional life. Recently, Malaika has revealed about relationships, marriage and a conversation with her son Arhaan Khan, which has sparked a new debate on social media.
“Staying together forever is not a guarantee”
In an interview with Times Entertainment, Malaika shared her perspective on love and relationships. He said that his understanding of relationships has changed with time. She made it clear that she believes in love, but does not see things like ‘being together forever’ as any guarantee.
Arhaan refuses to marry and have children
During the conversation, Malaika mentioned an interesting and slightly surprising discussion she had with her son Arhaan Khan. Malaika told that Arhaan has clearly told her that he has no intention of getting married or having children.
When Malaika asked the reason for this, Arhaan’s answer was quite logical and to today’s situation. Arhaan said:
Malaika’s reaction
Hearing this from her son, Malaika was first worried, but then she jokingly said to Arhaan, “Have you gone mad? You should have these experiences in life (marriage and family).” Malaika admitted that today’s generation’s view of the world is quite different and practical from hers.
This concern of Arhaan points towards today’s increasing pollution and deteriorating environment, which is deeply influencing the thinking of the youth.
