Summer Special Recipe : To soothe the stomach, make cucumber-mint raita at home
Materials:
- Fenugreek pods
- Oil
- Garlic
- Green chillies
- Dry red chillies
- Onion
- tomato
- curry leaves
- Coriander
- salt

Action:
- To make fenugreek filling first, cut the fenugreek into medium sized pieces. Then remove the bark from above.
- Put water and pulses in a cooker pot and cook the pulses for 3 or 4 whistles. After the pulses are cooked, cool and separate the ghee.
- Heat oil in a pan and heat the ghee of fenugreek pods in it. Then in the same pan add garlic, green chillies, red dry chillies, onion, tomato and saute.
- In a large khalbati or bowl, grind the sevga pods, all the roasted ingredients, salt to taste. All the ingredients will mix well if you press gently with your hand.
- Take the prepared filling in a bowl and top it with chopped coriander and raw onion and serve.
- Ready made in a simple way with a filling of fenugreek pods.
