Step 2- Household Registration
The head of the family will be entered here, which cannot be changed later. A mobile number is also required, which must be unique for each household.
Step 3 – Language and Verification
You can choose from 16 languages, including Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, and Urdu. You will then need to verify using the OTP received on your mobile number.
Step 4- Enter the location details
In this, information about district, area, locality and nearby landmarks will have to be filled, if desired, pin code can also be added.
Step 5- Mark the location of the house on the map

Step 9- Enumerator Visit
When the officer visits the home, they will need to show this SE ID. If the information matches, the process will be considered complete. Otherwise, the information will be asked again.

This process requires answering a total of 33 questions. These include information about the house's structure, ownership, family members, amenities, kitchen, internet, and even vehicles. Self-enumeration will take place from May 1st to May 15th, and door-to-door surveys will be conducted from May 16th to June 14th. Approximately 50,000 government employees will be deployed for this work.
