Sandeep Pathak, who was Rajya Sabha MP from Aam Aadmi Party, has now joined Bharatiya Janata Party. As soon as he joined, Punjab Police became active against him. There is speculation that Punjab is going to arrest him in 2 different cases. Amid speculations of his arrest, he has been seen coming out of his residence somewhere.

Punjab Police has registered a non-bailable case against Sandeep Pathak in two different districts on Saturday. He was seen leaving his official residence in Delhi in a car. When journalists asked him questions about this, instead of answering, he drove ahead at high speed.

Sandeep Pathak lives in Pandara Park, Delhi. He has left from here to somewhere in his car. Punjab Police may arrest Sandeep Pathak soon. FIR is registered against him in two different districts of Punjab. Complete details of the allegations made in these cases have not been revealed yet.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government on Friday brought a trust vote in the Punjab Assembly. The opposition said that if MPs like Sandeep Pathak and Raghav Chadha are leaving AAP, then many other MLAs may also leave the party.
