Actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas tied the knot with Kavya Reddy in an intimate, traditional ceremony in Tirumala on Wednesday. Held during an auspicious 11:12 pm muhurtham, the wedding followed Telugu rituals and was attended by close family and friends, including Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. Speaking exclusively
to Hyderabad Times , the actor’s mother, Padmavathi Bellamkonda, said, “I feel extremely grateful and blessed. As a devotee of Venkateswara Swamy, I never imagined things would fall into place so perfectly. Seeing my son get married in Tirupati with the Lord’s blessings means a lot to me.” Speaking about the upcoming rituals, she revealed, “On Friday morning, we will have a Sathyanarayana puja at home to welcome Kavya and have planned a reception later in the day that Sreenivas’ industry friends will attend.”
The couple approached their wedding looks as a coordinated vision, working closely with designer Shravan Kummar . Sreenivas wore a traditional addam pancha, rooted in a distinctly South Indian aesthetic, while Kavya chose Kanjeevaram saris — a rich, wine-toned drape and softer half-white change. “Their outfits were tied together through considered detailing: Sreenivas’s ensembles incorporated structured, empirical motifs along the sleeves alongside depictions of Lord Venkateswara on the outfit, while Kavya’s saris were finished with delicate lotus, peacock and elephant motifs along with references to Tirumala temple architecture. Each outfit took over 120 man-hours to complete,” Kummar says. Jewellery by Akhilesh Aggarwal, including temple-style haarams, coin necklaces and ruby accents, added depth.
