Park Dong-bin death news: South Korean entertainment circles are mourning the sudden loss of veteran actor Park Dong-bin, who was found dead at the age of 56. The actor was widely recognised by fans online as the viral “Juice Uncle.” He was discovered unresponsive on Wednesday afternoon inside a restaurant he had been preparing to open in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
According to officials from the Pyeongtaek Police Station, an acquaintance who had been assisting Dong-bin with the business found him at around 4:25 pm in the Jangan-dong area. Authorities confirmed that there were no immediate signs of foul play at the scene. No suicide note was discovered, and investigators are currently working to determine the exact cause of death.
Dong-bin’s passing has shocked colleagues and fans alike, particularly because he had recently been preparing for a new chapter in his life outside acting. The restaurant project in Pyeongtaek reportedly marked a personal venture he had been planning for some time.
A wake for the late actor has been arranged at Anseong Civic Funeral Hall in Gyeonggi Province. His funeral ceremony is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on Friday. After the service, his remains will be taken to Yongin Forest of Peace before burial at Woosung Memorial Park.
