While a school may suggest the names of a few shops for the convenience of parents, it may provide a list of no more than five or six options in writing; however, purchasing from these specific vendors will not be mandatory in any way.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has directed that this new system be implemented and enforced without fail, emphasizing that no laxity of any kind will be tolerated. In her message, the Chief Minister stated that this is not merely a routine directive, but a matter of extreme gravity. If any irregularities or malpractices are discovered anywhere, the strictest possible action will be taken against the concerned school, and—should the situation warrant it—the school may even be taken over by the government. She clarified that her visits for inspection are not a mere charade, but rather a genuine course of action being undertaken based on complaints and suggestions received from parents.

She stated that parents have written to her, indicating where she should conduct her next inspections; furthermore, she will continue to visit every location where complaints regarding irregularities are received. The Chief Minister added that if people have any further suggestions, they are welcome to send them. She reiterated that wherever irregularities exist, she will personally visit the site to assess the situation. It is the government's responsibility to set Delhi right, and every necessary step will be taken in this direction.
