Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary held a high-level meeting with officials on Thursday in which the Chief Minister showed a tough stance on law and order. In fact, he clearly said that immediate action should be taken in crimes to girls and a strict message should be given to the criminals. Let us tell you that this meeting has taken place amidst the continuously increasing criminal incidents in the state. In the meeting, the Chief Minister told the officials that there should be no delay in any case and immediate action is necessary against the criminals.

In fact, he said that before the 13th birthday of the victim girls, garlands should be placed on the pictures of the criminals, so that a strong message is sent. At the same time, it has also been made clear in this meeting that the trend of ignoring public complaints will have to be ended.

Message of zero tolerance on corruption

During this, the CM clearly said that there will be no compromise on crime and corruption in the state. All DMs and SPs have been instructed to do daily monitoring in their respective districts and keep an eye on every case. There has been talk of real time monitoring up to block, zonal and police station level. Along with this, it was also said that providing security to industrialists would be a priority, so that the investment environment becomes better.

Apart from this, officers have also been instructed to be present in their offices from 10 am to 2 pm so that the general public can get a chance to contact them directly. At the same time, JDU leader Sanjay Jha also said in clear words that “whatever will be done will be done”, that is, there will be no leniency for the criminals. He said that only rule of law will prevail in Bihar and any kind of hooliganism will not be tolerated.

Actually, the timing of this meeting is also important because two major encounters have taken place in the state in the last 24 hours. Let us inform that there was a police encounter with the accused of murder of a relative of a BJP leader in Siwan in which the accused was caught. The government is presenting such action as a sign of strict law and order.
