These foods contain high amounts of preservatives, chemicals and sugar. Which spoils the health of the body. Apart from this, frequent fried and burnt food can also be harmful. Now the trend of ordering food online has increased among people. This type of food is kept in hot plastic. The harmful chemicals present in it enter the body while eating which causes cancer.
Lack of sleep is also a big problem
Lack of sleep has also become a big problem. Watching screens late at night and irregular daily routine disturbs the natural balance of the body. The body needs adequate sleep to repair itself.
