Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are once again in the spotlight after a recent social media post caught the attention of fans. The pair, who were widely appreciated for their chemistry in Shershaah, are now creating curiosity about a possible new project together.
Sidharth Malhotra shared a behind the scenes photo on his Instagram stories. In the image, both actors are seen from behind and are not facing the camera. He is dressed casually in a white shirt and blue denim, while Kiara Advani is wearing a striped pink shirt with white pants. Along with the photo, he wrote, “Guess who I am shooting with?” This simple post quickly went viral, with fans trying to guess if the two are working together again.
At the same time, an earlier incident involving Kiara Advani has also come into discussion. Sidharth Malhotra’s bodyguard, Zeeshan Qureshi, recently spoke about an experience during a brand shoot. He shared that Sidharth had asked him to take special care of Kiara while she was travelling, especially during the time when she was seven months pregnant with Saraayah. Although Kiara had her own security, he was assigned to stay with her for a two to three day shoot.
Recalling the incident, he said, “I had to be very careful, Sidharth was afraid of sending her. So, I had to take more precaution than usual However, as she was stepping out of the van, a well dressed individual from the Reliance team approached her for a selfie and attempted to get too close by trying to hug her.” He further added, “But, when she was getting out of the vanity van, a person came. Kiara and Isha (Ambani) are friends, so sometimes there’s a team from Reliance as well. When that person from their team tried to approach Kiara, I got into a heated argument with him. He was wearing a suit, I thought he is a decent man.”
On the work front, Kiara Advani is set to appear in Toxic with Yash. Director Geetu Mohandas has said, “Nadia embodies fragility and ferocity at once, so from the very beginning, she was my first and only choice. There is something about her screen presence that feels deeply human. Sometimes cinema begins not with logic, but with a feeling, and casting Kiara was exactly that kind of feeling.”
Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra will be seen in Vvan alongside Tamannaah Bhatia. The film, which was earlier scheduled to release on May 15, will now release on Raksha Bandhan, August 28.
