Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) said Manu Wadhwa will transition from Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to Strategy Advisor, effective July 1, 2026. The company added it will initiate the search for a new CHRO, with further details to be announced in due course.
In her new role, Wadhwa will work closely with the leadership team on key strategic priorities, leveraging her institutional knowledge and experience in organisational transformation.
Wadhwa has spent seven years at SPNI, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s people and organisational agenda during a period of significant evolution. She aligned the people function more closely with business strategy, strengthened leadership capability, and modernised performance and rewards frameworks.
She also supported organisational change across phases of growth and transformation, including leadership transitions and structural realignment, while helping build a culture that balances performance with inclusion.
Prior to SPNI, Wadhwa held leadership roles at General Electric, American Express, and Coca-Cola, bringing a global perspective to her role.
