Passenger held at BLR Airport with hydroponic ganja worth Rs 3.18 cr

Bengaluru: A passenger who arrived from Bangkok was arrested at Kempegowda International Airport here on Wednesday with hydroponic ganja, valued at Rs 3.18 crore, officials said.
The accused, whose identity was not disclosed, was arrested under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act, 1985, they said.
A passenger arriving from Bangkok was intercepted and 9.08 kg of hydroponic ganja, valued at Rs 3.18 crore, concealed in checked-in baggage was seized, Bengaluru Customs said in a post on 'X'.
