Against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Ryan Rickelton made his opportunity count for Mumbai Indians at the Wankhed Stadium. On April 29, Ryan came as a replacement player after Quinton de Kock sustained a wrist injury. And in the 44th ball, Rickelton scored his 100th run with a single from Nitish Reddy.
With this, he surpassed Tilak Varma and Sanath Jayasuriya to become the fastest centurion for Mumbai Indians. Jayasury scored a 45-ball hundred in 2008, which Tilak equaled this season.
